AVM Group has established AVM Middle East in Dubai’s Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), creating a base from which the Group can begin developing education, training and workforce partnerships across the Middle East.

JAFZA is one of the region’s most established international business hubs and the flagship free zone of DP World. Home to more than 11,000 businesses from over 150 countries, its location and international connectivity make it a natural base for organisations seeking to build relationships across the UAE and the wider region.

For AVM Group, establishing AVM Middle East is an early but important step in extending its Australian education and training capability into a region with a highly international workforce and growing demand for skills development.

Initial discussions are underway with potential partners in the UAE to explore opportunities for delivering Australian-standard vocational and professional training to learners from across the Middle East. The sectors, programs and delivery partnerships will be shaped by regional and industry needs as these discussions progress.

AVM Middle East will draw on the Group’s experience in Australian vocational education, international training and industry-focused workforce development, while working with local and regional partners to determine where that capability can add the greatest value.
