AVM Group

About

Institutional Capability & Infrastructure

AVM operates at the intersection of education and real-world industry application, combining accredited learning environments with practical industry settings across three core capability areas.

Education Delivery

Three registered Australian RTOs delivering nationally recognised qualifications from Certificate III to Advanced Diploma across Hospitality, Automotive, Business, IT, Aged Care, and Community Services. Dual RTO and CRICOS registration enabling domestic and international student enrolment.

Program Design & Delivery

Customised training programs developed in response to identified workforce needs, from community health training in Fiji to English language and employability programs in Timor-Leste. Designed in collaboration with government ministries, development agencies, and industry partners.

Operational Infrastructure

Established offices, training facilities, and local teams in Fiji and Timor-Leste, enabling programs to be initiated, adapted, and sustained without the delays and costs that characterise offshore-managed delivery. On the ground, not remote.

Proven record across international markets

AVM Group maintains permanent offices, training facilities, and local teams across four geographies, enabling programs to be delivered with the speed and cultural sensitivity that remote management cannot achieve.

With two fully equipped campuses in Nadi and Nausori, APMT is busy making an impact across communities in Fiji.

Dili, Timor-Leste

AVM TL in Timor-Leste

English language, aged care, and hospitality training from dedicated facilities on our brand new campus in Bebonuk and training centres on the ETDA and UNTL campuses, AVM TL is working on key projects, building toward a broader labour mobility and workforce development programs.

An integrated delivery model

Accredited qualifications that travel

Australian RTO and CRICOS registration means our qualifications are recognised domestically and internationally, opening doors for graduates in Australia, the Pacific, and beyond.

On-ground presence

Permanent offices and local teams in Fiji and Timor-Leste mean programs can be initiated, adapted, and sustained with the speed and cultural sensitivity that distant management cannot achieve.

Government and institutional relationships

Our work in the Pacific has been developed in close collaboration with government ministries and supported by international development institutions, reflecting AVM’s positioning as a long-term partner.

Industry-integrated learning environments

Our hospitality venues in NSW are live training environments, giving students hands-on, industry-standard experience that classroom delivery alone cannot replicate.

Work with AVM Group

We welcome partnerships with governments, development agencies, corporate partners, and institutions aligned with our mission of practical, industry-connected education and workforce development.
